	Meet Xavier Massé, Founder of Liaison WEB consultant and Project Manager

	Recent Canadian experience has involved creating LIAISON and working with large corporation (IPEX, Barrick Gold Corporation) as well as small and medium size firms.

	1999 - 2002 Xavier managed the interactive division of mediasystem at Publicis Group's head office, located in Paris, France. Publicis is currently ranked fourth among the world's leading communication giants. Recent additions to the global media conglomerate include Saatchi & Saatchi; The Zenith Optimedia Group; Fallon Worldwide; Frankel; Media & Regie Europe; and Nelson Communication Worldwide.

	After spending a few years in France (his country of origin) Xavier (2002) returned to his adoptive country, Canada (the birth country of his wife), where he had already spent eight years working in Toronto as a multimedia creative director.

	Xavier also works as a creative director with WOLFSON BELL Associates, on projects like the Entrepreneur Of the Year Awards (Ernst & Young), CIPA (Canadian Information & Productivity Award) and SOCAN Awards.

	1997 - 1999 Prior to his position at Publicis, Xavier built and managed several teams of up to 20 Internet specialists, from web designers to IT developers, at Logica, a UK based IT and consulting group.
